Divinity on the palate is this locally-produced, organic cheese from Cowgirl Creamery in Pt. Reyes. You know it. You'll love it. (It's washed in a muscato wine and rolled in dried herbs grown on the coast of Tomales Bay. And it's only available in fall and winter.) As for the kiddies, they'll go ga-ga over the Clabbered Cottage Cheese. (And you may, too.)
