Sprinkly and Sweet

Here's why I love this Neiman Marcus polka dotty dinnerware. First of all, look at the reverse print plates! Second, the perfectly shaped cups {the slight flare on the lip!}. But most of all, the polka dots!! They are the happiest little things, aren't they?

Summer Cabin Style

I'm SO into the idea of spending starlight nights by the lake in the comfort of a completely chic-ified cabin. I'm SO not into roughing it, my loves. So save the classic deer heads (puhlease! yuck!) and get these deer salt & pepper shakers to create your own West Coast-style glam.

Happy Mother's Day: Cheeky!

These ultra quirky wine glasses by Qubus Design crack me up! Such a cheeky and eco-forward alternative to disposable 'keg' cups to brighten the mood. { They're made from borrosillicate glass -- not plastic.} So funny, right?!

Candies for the Kids...

While preparing for my appearance on March 15 I've been perusing Williams-Sonoma and I've found the most delightful additions for a very undull Easter brunch table. Look at the details!

Tip: Go for abundance. Get lots! Have at least 10 chocolate bunnies parading down your buffet. A cluster of bees and ladybugs on each placemat. Big stemmed bowls everywhere full of the adorable marshmallow ducklings.

Aren't these just wonderful?!

Fun with the Family: Beautiful Fish

It has to be the right time for added responsibility, but if you're looking for a collection of gorgeously quiet pets, consider getting beta fish (all the same color, each in its own bowl). Place them in a straight line down the center of your table. The kids will love them. The look is so modern. And, seriously, what a flourish for your sake bash!

Food/Fashion: Runner for Sake's Sake

How perfect is this silky runner (and love the koi!) for your sake party? Inspired! From Gump's.

Food/Fashion: Glasses Like Jewelry

A little folksy, a little frilly, a little rock-n-roll. Love these hobnail glasses from NM.
