100% West Coast

Casually modern, this rosemary and olive wreath is so Wine Country-style. Isn't it SO perfectly shaped?!

Summer Cabin: What to Drink

Beers in bottles are masculine. But I prefer to use my muscle on this gorgeous brut rose (2005) from Schramsberg in Napa. It has delicate tart strawberry notes with a spicy finish. Perfectly cool for lakeside sipping.

Bon Voyage: What to Dress

A little bit sailor, a little bit zexy. This black dress, by Kay Unger for Phoebe Couture, is nautically naughty!

Celebrate Memorial Day: The White Party

OK party ppl, here's my sure fire way to usher in Memorial Day with something a little off the hook. Throw a WHITE party! That's right. Bring out everything white, including lots and lots of bottles of this high-style steal: Girard's Sauvignon Blanc earned 91 points and costs less than $20 a bottle!

This is West Coast Luxe: What to Music

Sultry and warm with smooth jazz overtones, this album Nublu Sessions by Wax Poetic is so SOMA brick-walled loft-style. Cocktail music a la Bella Luxe, for sure.

This is West Coast Luxe: What to Cocktail

Inspired by CommeCa in L.A., my East Side Cocktail will unsizzle your day.
I'm loving this combo: Juniper Green organic gin, Farmers' Market organic mint, sliced organic limes and sliced organic cucumber.
Place mint, lime, and cucumber in a cocktail shaker, mash with a muddler until everything's pulpy. Add gin, then ice. Shake. Strain and serve.
{Fear not. Just have fun with proportions and blend to your taste. You can't go wrong here. It's just so right!}

This is West Coast Luxe: O Chocolate

Green and Black's chocolate is oh-so fine and always organic. It just embodies what makes the West Coast so fabulishioso: deliciousness with a conscience for keeping our oceans blue, our animals healthy, and our children happy as can be. LOVE that.

Candy-Red Sunglasses Are Delish!

What to sunglass now:

A little luscious glamour to celebrate the now-here warm weather! A jolt of Hollywood fabulish by Balenciaga is playfully over-the-top. Mmmmmm.
